The Get a Plan program aimed to equip young women from low-income backgrounds with sustainable skills to pursue further studies and/or equitable work of her choice.

Advised the pivot of the program to a mass TV delivery as per the government’s education mandate
Ideated, scripted, produced and delivered 26 action-packed episodes of 22-minutes each of the Young Entrepreneurs Skills (YESS) Show in Hindi and Marathi
Outcomes
The show aired on the state-run free-to-air TV channels Doordarshan Bihar and Doordarshan Sahyadri (Maharashtra) in India.
Reached roughly 20 million young people across Bihar and 5-10 million in Maharashtra, as per government reports
The success of this pivot helped the organisation raise millions in fresh funding as per their annual reports published on their website.
The organisation signed a new MoU with the Mumbai municipality (BMC), helping the former raise millions in new funding.
